Sport health center is our newly opened service. We have a comprehensive program leader in charge of this safe and secure service. This service includes spa, sauna, massage, tai chi, swimming, cycle fit, steps, cardio fit, etc in the sport centre Program: Game , Tai Chi, Table tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, etc.

Come and play volleyball with your family or join a competitive adult ladder or league.

A cardiovascular and anaerobic workout on stationary bikes

Simulating hills and valleys, incorporating timed athletic drills.

Chess and Checkers Club

Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm (record hall)

Come out and enjoy our new and improved chess and checkers club. Youth will be taught the basics of both chess and checkers and will learn strategies and technique to utilize against your opponent.
